Antique Victorian 9ct rose gold bolt ring

This chunky bolt will add a regal look to any charm or pendant! It has its original jump ring which makes it even more versatile. The spring in the clasp still works, a little stiff so care advised when opening it, and it is a little off-centre. It measures 1.34 x 2cm – big size.

Chunky Victorian 18 inch ornate silver collar, crica 1870 An absolutely quintessential item of Victoriana, this elaborate silver collar is sure to delight! Also known as a book chain, these classic necklaces came to prominence in the 1870s in both the US and the UK. The Victorians would wear these collars over high-necked black dresses - a striking and iconic aesthetic that would form perhaps the most recognisable image of the era. They are to be worn with the integral bolt ring to the front, making for an easier application, and in Victorian times would almost always have a large enamelled locket or cross attached. Our wonderful English example is of uniform width throughout, consisting of chunky ribbed belcher links, each alternate link decorated with a small orb to the top and a large orb to the bottom. The reverse of each link is fitted with a stud to make the chain stand out more against the neck - such thoughtful craftsmanship. The whole design is ultra tight and precise, making for stunning, clean lines of these splendid beads that look almost like a fringe of twinkling gemstones. This necklace certainly has a look that is edgy and modern, despite its 150 year age. It can be worn as it is, or charms can be placed on the bolt ring; it can be stacked against other chains, for example a gold long guard chain for an ultra luxurious look. So fabulous!

Miniature gold cased watch key

Antique 19th century gold cased watch key A delightful antique watch key decorated with a chased gold swirl pattern to the sides. Set with a nice square cut chalcedony to one side, and a foiled rock crystal to the other. The foiling on this has deteriorated with age, likely a bit of water damage. This has only given the stone greater depth and we just love how it looks! The bail swivels, as the piece was made to wind a watch. The gold casing is very buttery and beautiful; it's likely it sits over a core of base metal which was done to give the item strength. It measures around 3.06cm in length and 1.05cm at widest. It likely made in the Victorian era.

Ivy leaf bangle

Victorian rolled gold ivy leaf pattern hinged bangle circa 1880 A very sweet, quality little bangle of circa 1880, with a highly detailed ivy leaf pattern to one side and plain to the other. The ivy leaf was used to represent fidelity. It is hinged with a good snap in fastener, and fitted with a base metal safety chain for a bit of added security on the wrist. It appears to be composed of a layer of rose gold applied over a base metal. There is one dent to the patterned side and a little out of shape from wear but otherwise good for age. The width is approximately 7mm - the inside diameter is around 16.5cm / 6.4in (small).

Gold pig charm (matte)

Antique puffy gold pig charm, circa 1910 Here we have an adorable, hard to find puffed gold pig charm. She is hollow and of cast form, with sweet eyes and ears, curly tail, and quite stocky little legs. One side of her face is more defined than the other. She has a suspension loop with a very small jump ring attached, so we have added a 6mm gold split ring, though of course you can remove or replace this as desired. She measures around 1.9cm across, and including the newly added split ring is around 1.6cm in height. She is marked 9CT for 9 carat gold. This extremely sweet piggy is ready to be your new lucky charm!
