We require that all deliveries are made to physical home or corporate addresses only – we do not deliver to PO box addresses. Documentation of postage is always obtained. A signature will be required on delivery.
Returns: Please contact us within three days of receipt of your order and have the item returned to us within fourteen days using the return address on your package. International returns must state “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form and outer packaging – failure to state “RETURNED GOODS” on outer packaging will result in us incurring customs fees. If customs fees are incurred, they will be deducted from your refund amount. Initial shipping cost cannot be refunded. Please use a tracked and insured method of shipping. Items must be unworn, with no additional damage and no alterations to be eligible for a refund.
