Vintage 9ct gold jewelled dagger charm This opulent charm reveals a pointed dagger from its jewelled sheath. Even the hilt of the dagger is set with a beautiful gemstone. It looks wonderful hung with other charms, or worn by itself on an old gold chain, and will make an amazing talisman. The length is approximately 3.6cm. Antique 9ct rose gold swallow bird charm, circa 1900 This beautiful bird in flight charm looks striking when worn on an old silver or gold chain. The swallow was said to represent the soul of someone who has died, so this is a very sentimental piece. It is a lightweight item but no less lovely for it. It measures approximately 2 x 1.7cm. Antique Victorian gold metal lorgnette glasses pendant

Add something really special to your neck mess with these wonderful Victorian lorgnette glasses! They fold out from a neat pendant into little glasses to read a programme in the opera stalls of Victorian England. We love jewellery with a function! You can also leave them folded and use the piece as a quizzing glass. They look fantastic on a solid gold or silver antique chain...back in the day they would be worn on a long guard chain attached by a dog clasp, so they were always at hand for the wearer. The stem is formed as an anchor with a good loop for your chain to go through. Beautiful goldwork details cover every component of this piece - we particularly like the faceting round the edge of the lenses. This is a gold plated piece with a little wear showing here and there. There is also a chip to one lens, as well as surface wear to both lenses. Only to be expected as they are well over 100 years old. The lorgnettes when folded measure 7.4cm in length and the lenses are 3.8cm wide Hallmarks: none

Antique silver paste crescent pendant on a niello silver bolt ring For sale is a gorgeous crescent charm made in silver and set with brilliant cut paste stones. It was once a brooch that has professionally made into a pendant, with a small loop and a 9ct gold jump ring added. German hallmarks on the reverse of the piece got slightly rubbed during the conversion process, but these revealed the silver to be .935, and another mark which put it in the 1900-1910 era. We have paired it with a wonderful Imperial Russian niello bolt ring, bought as made in circa 1900 and with a control mark to its pin. Victorian star set garnet 9ct gold charm on a 9ct gold bolt ring, both circa 1900 Here we have an extremely sweet garnet cabochon set in a gold button back, with an inlaid star to the front. The star is in silver and is set with a beautiful rose cut stone that does not not test as a diamond - let's call it rock crystal. It was originally the centre piece of a bar brooch we have had professionally made into a charm, with a little gold loop and jump ring. We have paired it with a lovely Victorian 9ct rosy gold bolt ring, which we are sure you will agree, makes it look really special and gives it beautiful wear.
